Josh Bryan
Josh Bryan's presence in the DFW real estate community has been felt since he entered the profession in 2007. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University in 2003, Josh took a brief moment and directed his ventures into the world of advertising gaining experience as both a salesperson and buyer. However, he always had an itch to branch out and dive into the real estate arena. Josh teamed up with his uncle, Rodney Haggard, in 2007 by accepting the director of leasing and management position at Fairview Farm Development Company. This, however, was not a new language to Josh. Mr. Bryan had been around the real estate and land business since he was first introduced to the world. His family contributed to much of the development of Plano and surrounding North Dallas areas since 1856. His grandfather, W.O. Haggard Jr., used to take Josh out on the farm tractor many times when he was a boy, checking cattle and making sure the fence lines were holding up. His family eventually began to take part in development projects ranging from residential, retail, office, and yet still managed to keep farming the land their forefathers had acquired over 150 years ago. In his tenure at Fairview Farm Development, he has handled the leasing, management, acquisition and sale of properties ranging from office, restaurant, land to residential homes here in the North Dallas area. While leasing space, Josh provided insight and helped coordinate finish out for tenants while maintaining a personal relationship with each. Furthermore, Mr. Bryan has had experience in dealing with architects, city planners, and the engineering aspects of commercial and residential land development.
In 2014, Josh partnered up with his long time colleague, Ruben Reynoso, by becoming Vice President at Tenant Real Estate Advisors, representing numerous franchise and medical groups through the site acquisition process.
In 2020, Josh transitioned back over to Fairview Farm Land Company to spear head the land brokerage division, Bryan Haggard Land Group, which focus on assisting land owners and developers with the sale and site acquisition process. His experience in the owner's seat has given him a vast amount of knowledge about each transaction; awarding him an edge when representing clientele in the current market.
